So my wife is on a exercise bin, and we got this guy for $30, used, but with no power cord. It's a Vital Fitness MB330. We can't seem to find any info on what power cord goes to it. No cords at home works either. Do any opponauts happen to know anything about it?
Update: here's the plug. There was no accompanied information about it.

cut one end off an extension cord, run it into the machine and directly attach it to the inside where the plug would have gone

Can we see power cord hole?

Are you sure it needs a power cord? Some of these are powered by the user peddling.. It may take a few dozen revolutions to build up enough to kick on, but that's definitely something to consider. It's mostly the bike ones like yours that operate that way, in my experience.

Take a pic of the power cord hole and back panel that shows voltage and amperage requirements. Seems big enough that it should have a power transformer inside of it and shouldn't need a wall-wart. If it's just AC in, it should be IEC, but if not, you can always wire one up to the connector easily enough.

Yes, it's in the front. I have a ecliptical cord, but the inner hole is too small.
...wait, let me get a pic.

Maybe...we bought it from the first owner. She said there was a cord.

right so if you ran the cord into the casing there would be no open end for them to think 'hey that looks like something good to chew on'

check for batteries.....might not need a cord

Dammit, wall warts... Doesn't say if it's center positive or not either, which is a pain in the ass. You'll have to take the jack off to see which one is positive (negative will short to ground). The post Moves-Like-Senna made has some good info. You can go over on the amperage since the device will only take what it needs, but don't go under that number or change the voltage.

center positive is pretty standard.

Usually, but you never know. I've destroyed devices making that assumption before. That being said, they were primarily older weird analog noisemakers from the 80s.

I've foubd info on the MB350, but I'm not sure if it's the same plug.

Someone mentioned it had a small powercord that plugged in to the wall.. The 350 model uses a 120V AC 60Hz adapter. Might be a good place to start. You don't appear to be the first person with this question, according to the interwebs.

Yeah, I wonder if they used the same cord too.

Radioshack probably has one for less than 10$.. might not be bad to try.

Never seen one like that before, sorry.

Good point. Maybe OfficeDepot or one of those battery stores.
